Mary Belmonte

Mary Belmonte of Bristol, PA passed away peacefully on August 3, 2014 at Briarleaf Nursing Home in Doylestown. She was 95 years old. Mary was born and raised in Bristol Borough. She was a former employee of General Doors Inc. and Simon and Schuster Publishers - both in Bristol Borough. In her younger years, she was very active in St. Ann Parish where she volunteered her time for various ministries. Mary was a very kind and pleasant woman who loved spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed passing the day on her front porch interacting with her friends and neighbors. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Frank Belmonte, and will be greatly missed by her children Isabelle Karp and her husband Richard, Frank Belmonte and his wife Ida, and Peter Belmonte and his wife Denise. She will also be missed by her adoring grandchildren Renee, Brian, Marina, Janelle, Jason, Heather, Jennifer, David; and great grandchildren Christopher, Drew, Brooks, Troy, Elise, Julia, Juliet, Willow, Adam, and Riley. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, from 8:30-9:45 am followed by her Funeral Mass at 10:30 am in St. Ann Church, Bristol Borough.
