Ann Scheld

Ann Marie Scheld, age 82, of Yardley, PA, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in Bristol Borough, before moving to Levittown in 1953. A graduate of J.W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School, Ann Marie worked for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for 30 years as a bookkeeper at Conwell-Egan High School. She was a long-time member of Our Lady of Grace Parish. Ann Marie enjoyed spending her summers at her beach home in Sea Isle City, NJ, weekly casino trips, and taking avid trips to her favorite destinations; but most of all she really enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years Harry; and her son Christopher. Ann Marie will be greatly missed by her children Daniel Scheld and his wife Rose, Mark Scheld and his wife Karla, and Tina Rotunno and her husband David; her grandchildren Rick, Erik, Greg, Andrew, Evan, Dominic, Keith, Linda, Stephanie, Kyle, and Gia; and many great grandchildren. She will also be missed by her sister Clementina and her brother Daniel; and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tues., 7pm-9pm, and Wed., 10:45am-11:45am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Rd., Blue Bell, PA 19422.
