Nancy Salvatico

Nancy J. Salvatico (nee: Gareri), age 89, of Fairless Hills, PA, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2013 at Aria Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Germantown, Philadelphia, she later moved to Levittown in 1952; and eventually moved to LaMont Plaza in Fairless Hills where she had many friends. She was an easy-going women who endeared all who knew her with her ability to listen. Nancy enjoyed dancing, trips to the Casinos, and playing Bingo; but most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially Sunday dinners and holidays. She was the devoted widow of Vincent “Jay” Salvatico; and predeceased by her parents Dominic and Sofia (nee: Bria) Gareri; and her sister Belinda Doheny. She will be greatly missed by her children Belinda Camillucci (Fred) of Bensalem, James Salvatico (Holly) of Egg Harbor, NJ, Barbara Pfautz (Bill) of East Petersburg, PA, and Stephen Salvatico (Nikki) of Chester Springs, PA. She is also survived by her adoring grandchildren Lynda Aurilio (Vince), Michael Camillucci (Linda), Thom Salvatico, Michelle Haugh (Ross), Robert Evans (Andy), Melissa Charry (Nate), Vincent Salvatico, Brielle Salvatico, and Annamarie Salvatico; and great grandchildren Nicholas, Sebastiaan, Gemma, and Ava; 2 brothers James and Frank Gareri; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, 10-11:45am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol Oxford Valley Road in Levittown. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 12:30pm at St. Ann Church in Bristol Borough. Interment will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery in Penndel.
