Michael Krajnikovich Sr., age 88, of Langhorne passed away peacefully on Sept. 26, 2013 with his loving family by his side. Born and raised in Lyndora, PA, he was a resident of Levittown for many years before moving to Langhorne 6 years ago. He was a retired employee of U.S. Steel Fairless Works where he worked for many years. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran during WWII and distinguished himself shuttling landing craft during the Normandy invasion, as well as 2 suicide-plane attacks on his ship. He was a model of patience and acceptance of life. Michael enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and trips to the casinos; but most passionately he loved his family. He was the devoted husband of the late Ann (nee: Curdo); and will be greatly missed by his children Michael Jr. “Mic” and his wife Paula of Pipersville, PA, Dave and his wife Nancy of Macungie, PA, and Nancy Lee and her husband Michael of Wayne, PA. He is also survived by his grandchildren, whom he adored, Michael (Heather), Dyan (Jeff), Keith (Shannon), Kim (Eric), Nicole (Travis), Erik (Tina), Kelly, and Jennifer; and great grandchildren Emily, Max, Ava, Jadyn, Alyssa, Ethan, Ashley, and Aubrey. Relatives and friends are invited to call Tues., 10am-11am, at St. Andrew Church, 81 Swamp Road, Newtown, where a Funeral Mass will begin at 11am. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem. The family requests donations to Life Choice Hospice, 200 Dryden Road, Suite 3300, Dresher, PA 19025.
