Adeline (Tiscione) LoPresti Adeline LoPresti of Phoenix, AZ, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Aug. 12, 2013. She was born on Dec. 28, 1916 in New York City to Matteo & Nicolina (Mingione) Tiscione. She is preceded in death by her parents; 5 sisters and 1 brother; her husband Rev. Salvatore LoPresti (1981); and her youngest daughter Joanne McGuckin (2011). Adeline is survived by her children Peter LoPresti (Catherine) of Westcliffe, CO, Elaine Beaumont (Verne) of Phoenix, AZ, Martin LoPresti (Amelia) of Fountain Hills, AZ, Sandra Reedman of Tampa, FL, and Frances Reedman (Bernard) of Tampa, FL; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews throughout the USA. From 1947 to 1963 she served alongside her husband shepherding the congregation at Full Gospel Tabernacle in Phila., PA, and then from 1963 to 1973 at Youngstown Christian Assembly, Youngstown, OH. “Mom, Grandmom, Mom-Mom, Auntie” was the last of the greatest generation in her family. A faithful and steadfast Christian, pastor’s wife, worthy mother and hard worker, she humbly served others, particularly her family. Working during hard times in the garment industry, cotton mills and lastly as a factory carburetor inspector, she always earned her way. Nothing cam easy, but she always made it happen. A Memorial Service will be held at the Scottsdale Bible Church Chapel, 7901 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ, on August 24, 2013 at 10am. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Sunset Memorial Park, Feasterville, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Salvation Army or Hospice of the Valley, 3238 N 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016.
