Roy T. Funk, age 87, of Levittown, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Silver Lake Nursing Home. Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, he resided in Levittown for many years before moving to Cape May, NJ, in 1985 after his retirement. He was a retired 30 year employee of Rohm & Haas in Bristol, PA. Roy was a WWII Navy Veteran and a Mason with the Cape May Lodge. He was also a member of LIFE St. Mary in Trevose, PA, for 3 years. He loved fishing, and along with his late wife, made wooden crafts; which they sold at craft shows. He also enjoyed square dancing for many years. Predeceased by his loving wife Jean (nee: Clausz); he will be greatly missed by his daughters Leonora “Lee” Gallagher, and Lois Seipp and her husband Joe all of Levittown; and his grandsons Ryan, Dan and his wife Jodi Gallagher, and Evan Seipp. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his interment on Friday, August 16, at 2pm at Washington Crossing National Veterans Cemetery in Newtown. A funeral procession will form precisely at 1pm at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057.
