Michael Pone

Michael D. Pone Sr., age 81, was called home to be with the Lord, and his parents Dominic and Anna Pone, on September 23, 2012. Born and raised in Bristol, he was the owner and operator of B-P Welding & Fabrication until his retirement in 2006. Mike was a U.S. Army Veteran who served as an instructor in the Quarter Master Corp. at West Point. Mr. Pone was also a member of the Freemasons. He enjoyed boating and music. He is survived by his wife of over 35 years, Doris Pone; and his children Michael, Mark and Michelle Pone, and Timothy and James Burkett. He will also be missed by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services will be conducted privately by Galzerano Funeral Home.
