Maryann Rugghia

Mary Ann Rugghia (nee: Clem), of Levittown, PA, passed away March 7, 2012 at St. Mary Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was 72. Born in Cumberland, MD, Mary Ann was raised in Trenton, NJ, and later moved to the Levittown area. She was an employee of Franklin Corner Dental Assoc. of Lawrenceville, NJ, and was a member of their family for 25 years where she worked as a Dental Assistant. She loved her work and wished she could have continued in her profession for many more years. However, A.L.S. had not allowed her to do that. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony Rugghia Sr.;her parents Marshall Clem and Anne Muckey; and her step-father Donald Muckey. She will be greatly missed by her sons Mario Rugghia, and Anthony Rugghia Jr. and his wife Becky. She was the loving grandmother of Mario Rugghia Jr.,Michael Rugghia and his wife Heather, Brian Rugghia, and Angelina Rugghia-Conner and her husband Davey. She is also survived by her sisters Donna Eve Merriman, Sandra Daub and her husband Bruce, Rebecca Nemeth and her husband Brian, and Mona Crisp-Gallo and her husband Victor; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and her many beloved pets. Relatives and friends are invited to call Tuesday, 7-9pm, and Wed., 8:15-9:15am, at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, Levittown. Funeral Mass will being 10am at St. Michael the Archangel Church. Burial will follow in Brigadier General Doyle National Cemetery.
