Concetta Alfani

Concetta “ Connie” Alfani ( nee Rubino) age 94, passed away peacefully on February 27,2012 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Born in New Haven, Ct. she was a resident of Brooklyn, NY for many years before moving to Bristol over 65 years ago. Connie was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was very proud of her Italian Heritage. She was the devoted wife of the late Frank Alfani and mother of the late Lucy Cornely and her husband Frank. Connie will be sadly missed by her loving daughters Maria Manzo and her husband Bob and Denise Laird and her husband Doug both of Levittown. She is the devoted grandmother of Kristi Tsiouplis and her husband Terry and Lori Ferko and her husband Brian and Great grandmother of Lexie, Elayna, Carolyn, Jack, Ava and Erika. She is also survived by her brother Frank Rubino and nephews Tom Rubino and Frank Trock and niece Joann Angelaccio. Relatives and friends are invited to call Friday morning 9-10:30am at the Galzerano Funeral Home 430 Radcliffe Street Bristol Boro. Funeral Mass 11am at St. Ann Church. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. Family requests memorial contributions be made in her memory to St. Ann Church 352 Dorrance St. Bristol, PA 19007.
