Frank P. Morris, age 90, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2011, at his daughter’s residence. He was born and raised in Philadelphia, and later moved to the Yardley and Levittown area. He was a U.S. Naval Veteran who was attached to the 4th Marine Division in Operations in the Pacific Theatre, where he received numerous commendations and medals including the Purple Heart. He was a retiree of Septa, where he worked as a bus driver. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather who loved the time he spent with his family. He was an avid Phillies sport fan. He was preceded in death by his devoted wife Florence (nee: Flanagan); and his sons Ricky and Wayne Morris. He will be greatly missed by Jan Smith and her husband Paul of Mullica Hill, NJ, Debbie Territo and her husband Terry of Newtown, PA, Kathy Caldarelli and her husband Andy of Philadelphia, and Linda Perks and her husband Bob of Levittown. He is also survived by many adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a sister Mildred Morrel of Key Largo, FL. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his military interment on Friday, 10:30am, in Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown. Arrangements are by the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol Oxford Valley Road in Levittown.
