Theresa Crossan

Theresa Crossan (nee: Spinelli), age 81, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2011, at Lower Bucks Hospital. Born and raised in Bristol, she was a retiree of Pomeroy’s where she worked as a retail clerk. Previously, she worked at Atlantic Tea Co. located in Bristol. She was affectionately referred to as “Tre”. Theresa enjoyed playing bingo and doing crossword puzzles; and most of all taking trips to the casino’s. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who loved being surrounded by her family. She will also be missed at the weekly cousins club. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents James and Rose Spinelli; a sister Congetta Kline; and her loving husband of 53 years Edward F. She will be greatly missed by her children Edward F. III and his wife Marie, Karen Corning and her husband Mark, Theresa Cordisco and her husband Rick, Donna Crossan, and Pat Crossan. She is the beloved grandmother of Tina, Maria, Eddie, Michael, Rich, Jeff, Franky, Natalie, Markie, Stephanie, and Brendon; and also 9 great grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 sisters Rosemarie Spinelli and Peggy Webb and her husband Denny; her sister-in-law June Crossan; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to call Monday, 7-9pm, and Tuesday, 8:30-9:30am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe St., Bristol. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, 10am, at St. Ann Church. Burial will follow in St. Mark Cemetery. The family requests memorial donations in her memory to St. Ann Church, 357 Dorrance St., Bristol, PA 19007.
