Lawrence Cranmer

Lawrence B. Cranmer, of Bristol Borough, passed away on November 28, 2011. He was 89 years old. Larry was originally from Barnegat, NJ, where he was very active in the Barnegat Fire Company. After serving in the Navy, he moved to Bristol Borough where he later met and married Marian, his loving wife of 34 years. Larry was a member of the Bucks County Rescue Squad for 15 years. He retired from PSE & G after 30 years of service and went into security work until sickness required him to retire. He will be remembered as a very loving, caring, and gentle person to all who knew him. He is predeceased by his wife Marian; his son Larry Jr.; and his sister Marie. He is survived by one sister Vivian of Forked River, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral Mass Thursday, 10am, at St. Mark Church. Burial will follow in Washington Crossing National Veterans Cemetery, Newtown, PA. The family requests memorial donations be made to St. Mark Church, 1025 Radcliffe Street, Bristol, PA 19007.
