Edward Doyle Jr.

Edward J. Doyle Jr. “Eddie”, age 63, passed away peacefully Nov. 3, 2011 at St. Mary Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Philadelphia and raised in Levittown. In his younger years, he worked for TAG’s Pizza and later became part-owner of Kwik Kook located in Levittown. He also managed the 7-11 at Rte. 13 & Mill Creek Pkwy. He was an employee of Lenox where he worked in shipping and receiving. He was a big dog lover and enjoyed working with electronics. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Jane Doyle; his wife Edith Doyle; and his stepson Daniel Chapin. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 17 years Hope (nee: Lucchese); his children Edward, John, and Jennifer, and Jay Chapin and his wife Kay. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; brothers Joe (Bonnie), Robert (Nancy), and Michael (Mary); sisters Mary Bradley (Jim) and Jane Verduci (Tony); and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday 6-8pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road, followed by his religious services 8pm at the funeral home. Interment is private. Family requests memorial donations be made to American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Rd., Blue Bell, PA 19422.
