Mary Gattelli

Mary Gattelli (nee: Luzi), age 88, passed away Oct. 30, 2011, at Langhorne Gardens. She was born in Pittsburg and raised in Bristol Borough. She was a very traditional Italian wife and mother who enjoyed cooking and spending time with her children. Mary enjoyed watching soaps, and was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her parents Ottavio and Pierina Luzi; her brothers Dominic and Joseph Luzi; her son Eugene Gattelli; and her loving husband of 30 years Eugene Gattelli. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Marijean Vlassenko and her husband Roman; and her son Michael Gattelli and his wife Yvonne. She is the loving grandmother of Christopher Gattelli and Stephen Bienski, Kristen and Rouven Wool-Lewis, Cathy and Caryn Vlassenko, and Michael and Brandon Gattelli. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Ethan and Cameron Wool-Lewis, and Alex Vlassenko; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She will also be sadly missed by her extended family at Langhorne Gardens. Relatives and friends are invited to call Thursday, 9:30-11am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road in Levittown, followed by her religious service, 11am, at the funeral home.
