Theresa Dinote

Theresa Dinote (nee: Cafaro), age 86, passed away on August 27, 2011 at Kindred Care in Philadelphia. Born and raised in Phila., she moved to Levittown to raise her family. Earlier in life she sang with the Metropolitan Opera Co. She was a retiree from the Bristol Borough School District; lastly at James Buchanan Elementary School as a school monitor. She enjoyed cooking, was an avid reader, and enjoyed watching “Family Feud.” She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and good friend to all who knew her. She was preceded by her parents Marietta and Quirino Cafaro; her beloved husband John; and her brother Jack Carr. She will be sadly missed by her daughters Jeanette Lodise and Claudette Cochran. She is the loving grandmother of Vincent Lodise and his wife Heather; and great granddaughter Alyssa Lodise. Funeral services were privately held at the Galzerano Funeral Home.
