Emma McLaughlin

Emma M. McLaughlin (nee: Marucci), age 89, passed away on July 1, 2011 at her residence. She was born and raised in Bristol Borough, and was a former employee of Purex Corp. She will be remembered as a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and good friend to all who knew her. Emma enjoyed spending time with her family, and eating her candy while watching her soap operas. In addition, she loved crocheting for her family. She was preceded in death by her husband John of over 50 years; her brothers Dominick and “Mim” Marucci; and sisters Ida Amadio and Norma Ashton. She will be sadly missed by her children Carole Colella of Bensalem, PA, Thomas McLaughlin and his wife Carolyn of Schwenksville, PA, Debra Juno and her husband Robert of Bensalem, and Donna Schuster and her husband Alex of St. Petersburg, FL. She is the devoted grandmother of Jackie Currie, Scott and Lisa McLaughlin, Robert, Brian, Shannon and Ashley Juno, and Lauren and Nicole Schuster; and a great grandson Gage Currie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special thanks to neighbors Marie and John for all your help over the years. Relatives and friends are invited to call Friday, 8-9:30am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe Street, followed by her funeral Mass, 10am, at St. Ann Church.
