David Scholle

David J. Scholle, age 23, passed away suddenly on May 5, 2011. Born and raised in the Levittown area, he spent 3 years in Tampa where he studied Drafting & Design at Erwin Tech. Currently, he worked in sales for a publishing company. David enjoyed fishing, video games, snow boarding, basketball, weightlifting, boxing, Frisbee golf, and the outdoors; but most of all he cherished the time he spent with his family. He was a caring, loving, generous son, brother, uncle, and good friend, who was always willing to help someone in need. His family will always cherish the family trips they shared with him, whether it was to the Florida Keys, Bahamas, or the shores of the East Coast. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents George and Elaine Schaffner; and his Uncles Andrew Scholle and James Schaffner. He will be greatly missed by his parents David and Jeanmarie (nee: Schaffner) Scholle; his brother Jason Scholle, and sisters Lisa DeCristoforo and her husband Anthony, and Mikayla Scholle. He was the loving uncle of Giavanna and Angelina DeCristoforo. He is also survived by his great grandmother Althea Flail; his paternal grandparents Manfred and Laurel Scholle; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to call Wed., 10am-1pm, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road in Levittown, followed by his funeral service beginning at 1pm in the funeral home.
