Angelo Nocito Sr. “Captain”, age 83, passed away suddenly on May 2, 2011 at Lower Bucks Hospital. He was born and raised in Bristol Borough. He was the original owner of Franklin Cab which later turned into A&G Taxi Co., the 1st original Taxi Co. in Bristol. Angelo will be remembered as a very loving, caring, and generous man who was always well-dressed. He enjoyed playing in the World Tavern Poker League, slot machines, the racetrack and horses, and he loved his cigars “Philly Titans.” He was affectionately call “Captain”, a name given by Denny McLaughlin Sr., and/or the name “Malibu” given by grandson Raymond. He was also a very religious man who loved his God. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Rose Nocito; his brothers John, Jim, and Joe; and sisters Florence, Theresa, Mary, and Rose. He will be greatly missed, and always loved, by his children Deborah Stednick and her husband Jerry, Angelo Nocito Jr., Lou Ann McLaughlin, Roseann Lindsey and her husband John, Cheri Mason and her husband Dave, Steven Nocito and Mary, Antoinette Nocito and Joseph Nocito. He is the beloved Pop-pop of Misty, Jenna, Lani, Tony, Lynette, Dennis, Sean, Christy, Nicole, C.J., Katie, Stephanie, Andrew, Danyel, Raymond “Malibu”, Russell, Samantha Paige, John Angelo; and 12 great grandchildren Taylor, Shane Robert, Alex, Jayden Avery, Shane Joseph, Cheyanne, Chloe, Denny III, Mia, Brianna, Caroline and Jayden Anthony; his brothers Dominic and Gus “Bake” Nocito; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends. He shared many loving years with both Louise and Gail. Relatives and friends are invited to call Monday, 7-9pm, and Tuesday, 8:30-9:30am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe St., Bristol, followed by his funeral Mass, 10am, at St. Ann Church. Burial will follow in St. Mark Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Disabled Veterans Assoc., P.O.
