Lucy DiGirolomo

Lucy DiGirolomo, age 97, passed away peacefully on Jan. 2, 2011, at Silver Lake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born and raised in Bristol Borough and attended St. Ann School. Lucy was a very devoted and loving daughter who took care of her mother, as well as many of her family members at different periods. She enjoyed crocheting and baking, as well as cooking. She especially loved the family holiday gatherings. She was predeceased by her parents Bartholomew and Domenica DiGirolomo; and her brothers Thomas, Peter and Vincent DiGirolomo. She will be sadly missed by her sister Mary Pietrangelo; and her brother Jasper “Jay” DiGirolomo and his wife Betty. She is also survived by her devoted nieces and nephews, and great and great great nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends are invited to call Friday, 8:15-9:45am, at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Road in Levittown, followed by her funeral Mass 10:30am at St. Ann Church in Bristol.
