Dorothy Angelo

Dorothy G. Angelo “Dot” (nee: Chewning), age 87, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2010 at the Lower Bucks Hospital. Born and raised in Morrisville, she was a Bristol Borough resident since 1944. Dot was an employee of the former 3-M Corporation in Bristol Twp. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who loved reading, going to movies with her sister, and trips to the Jersey shore. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael C. Angelo; her brother Edgar Chewning; and sisters Marian DeLisa and Bernice Grafenstine. She is survived by her 2 broken-hearted sons Michael “Mickey” Angelo and his wife Grace of Morrisville and Anthony “Tony” Angelo and his wife Kelly of Levittown; her devoted grandchildren Russell, Sean, Anthony, Christie, Sheri, Antoinette, Joseph, Jason, Stacy, Mickey, Samantha, and Jason; and 12 loving great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, and best friend, Chris Bauso; 2 brothers Arthur and William Chewning; and many nieces and nephews; especially Terri and Ron Fellnor and their children Amanda and Ronnie. Relatives and friends are invited to call Wed., 8-9:30am, at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 430 Radcliffe Street, Bristol Borough. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10am at St. Ann Church. Interment will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park in Horsham, PA. The family requests donations in her name be made to St. Ann Church, 357 Dorrance St., Bristol, PA 19007.
